Chocolate Everything

Little more than good quality dark chocolate and silken tofu, this is the simplest dessert I know. It serves as everything from cake filling to decadent-tasting fudgsicles.

Here, I added a bit of peppermint oil and served it as a mousse, garnished with chocolate mint cookies.

Fudgsicles?? Oh man, I need to get one of those little popsicles making sets, so I could freeze that stuff up.
